TranDotCom Solutions, a leading provider of transaction management software, announced today the promotions of two key executives, as well as an addition to its management team. TranDotCom Solutions has enjoyed high double digit percentage growth over the past 6 years and continues to align itself as an industry leader.
Chris Carson, Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer
Chris Carson was promoted to Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer after providing demonstrated successes in his role as Executive Vice President of Operations. Mr. Carson will continue to be responsible for the oversight of company operations including: implementations, merchant support, quality control, call center services, development and information technology.
"Chris has been a key driver in instituting the processes and procedures to prepare us for our current and future growth. We are pleased to promote him," said Joseph Fitzpatrick, President and CEO of TranDotCom Solutions.
Mr. Carson joined TranDotCom Solutions in 2005, with over 15 years success leading operational, process, product and technology organizations and initiatives. Mr. Carson holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a MBA from Kennesaw State University with a dual concentration in Entrepreneurship and Operations.
Jim Gibson, Vice President - Client Services
Jim Gibson was promoted to Vice President - Client Services due to his proven improvements in the organization, structure and process while serving as Director of Client Services. Mr. Gibson will continue to be responsible for directing implementations of new merchants, implementations of additional products and services and on-going Merchant Support.
"As a member of the TranDotCom management team, Jim has shown impressive initiative in directing Client Services as we have and continue to increase our customer base. Jim is a strong addition to our management team, it is fitting to promote him to Vice President," said Fitzpatrick.
Mr. Gibson joined TranDotCom Solutions in 2005, with 15 years of experience in consulting, analytics, management and operations. Mr. Gibson earned his BS in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
Timothy Shields, Director of Call Center Services
New to the TranDotCom Solutions team, Tim Shields joins the management team as the Director of Call Center Services. Mr. Shields will lead the day-to-day operations and analytics for the TranDotCom Solutions internal call center.
"We are fortunate to have located someone with Tim's background and metric driven capabilities," said Fitzpatrick. "Tim will be a perfect fit for us as we continue record growth in our call center service offering."
Mr. Shields joins the TranDotCom Solutions management team with 14 years of experience in call center management, consulting and operations. Mr. Shields holds a BS from University of Georgia.
